FAQ
When does my Curation ship?
Spring curations begin shipping in March.
Summer curations begin shipping in June.
Fall curations begin shipping in October.
Winter curations begin shipping in December.
Once current Annual and Seasonal Members have been auto-billed, all curations (including new members’ orders) will ship based on membership status. Annual Members will have their curations ship first.
How do I upgrade my membership?
If you would like to upgrade your membership from Star to Icon, you are able to do so! Be sure to update your membership plan before you are billed.
To upgrade your membership, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account and select the MY MEMBERSHIP tab of your account dashboard, or click here.
2. Under My Membership, you will see your Star membership, which is our Seasonal Plan. In the details of your plan, click on the UPGRADE TO ICON button.
3. Then click UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP in the pop up to confirm. You will be billed once you confirm your curation selection for the season.
4. You have upgraded to an Icon Membership! You will see this membership change immediately reflected under My Membership Plans in your account.

How Does CURATEUR work?
When you become a part of our community, you’ll receive access to an e-storefront filled with the most stylish products by the most coveted brands—all selected by Rachel Zoe and fellow fashionable tastemakers! Starting is easy and FREE! You can explore and shop products at any time—no fee, no expiration.
We also offer the options to choose to sign up for seasonally curated boxes. These boxes contain over $400 worth of Rachel-approved products, but signing up for our Curation Membership allows you to pay just $125/3-months or $450 annually to receive them.
Can Curation Members purchase more than one seasonal curation?
Pending inventory, Curation Members may purchase additional curations in The Shoppe, or by clicking the GIFT THE CURATION button on the MY MEMBERSHIP page.
Can I purchase a curation from a past season?
Past season curations are available dependent upon inventory. Make sure to visit The Shoppe often to check for availability!
