FAQ

When does my curation ship?

Spring curations begin shipping mid-March. Summer curations begin shipping mid-June. Fall curations begin shipping mid-September Winter curations begin shipping mid-December. Once current Icon and Star Members have been auto-billed, all curations (including new members’ orders) will ship based on membership status. Icon Members will have their curations ship first. PLEASE NOTE: Due to physical distancing and safety measures at our warehouses, orders may be delayed and take 3-4 weeks to process.

When will I be billed for my membership?

At the start of each season, you are invited to select your preferred choice product and add products from The Shoppe that will ship with your curation. Each season has a selection deadline: Spring curation: February 15 Summer curation: May 15 Fall curation: August 17-31st Winter curation: November 15 You will be billed as soon as you confirm your final selection and will receive an email confirmation of your order to the email address we have on file. If you do not confirm your final selection by the deadlines listed above, you will automatically be charged for your curation based on your Membership Plan as well as any items in your cart from The Shoppe. If you are an Icon Member, you are on our Annual Plan, which pre-pays for four seasons of curations. On this plan, you will be billed $349.99 (plus applicable taxes) once a year. That is, you will be billed on your sign-up date and then once every four seasons of curations you receive thereafter. Please see the section below on Renewals for more information. If you are a Star Member, you are on our Seasonal Plan. On this plan, you will be billed $99.99 (plus applicable taxes) on your sign-up date and each season thereafter. As a Star Member, you have the option of upgrading to an Icon Member. For information on this, please visit our FAQs on Upgrades. If you are an Icon or Star Member who has an international shipping address in Canada or the UK, you will also be billed an additional $25 shipping rate plus any applicable fees for duties and taxes. These fees are calculated dynamically per curation based on the shipping address and are paid upfront with the processing of your order. If you are an Icon or Star Member who has an international shipping address in Australia, you will be billed an additional $25 shipping rate per curation. When will my membership be renewed?

For both Icon and Star members, your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel your membership. If you wish to cancel, please do so two days prior before your next renewal date. If you are an Icon Member, your Annual Plan will auto-bill to renew each year in the season your first payment was made. For example, if you start your Annual Plan with the Fall Curation of 2020, you will be auto-billed to renew your membership in Fall 2021 when you confirm selection, or by the selection deadline, whichever comes first. If you are a Star Member, your membership will auto-bill to renew each quarter for the seasonal curation. For example, if you start your Seasonal Plan with the Fall Curation of 2020, you will be auto-billed for your membership in Winter 2020 when you confirm selection, or by the selection deadline, whichever comes first.
