All curations purchased are final sale and non-refundable. We do not currently accept returns of any curation boxes, individual products, or add-on purchases. This includes any items purchased from The Shoppe at any point in time. Any items or curations returned by a member will not be eligible for a refund.
In the case that your curation does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified via email within 4 weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of CURATEUR.
